From a small child I had a pure connection to spirit: source, God, the unseen. Until the world dictated what that connection should be and made what I saw scary and abnormal. So like so many of us do, I shut it down and shaped myself into who I thought I should be.

From the outside I looked like a high achiever. I was ambitious, leading teams, surrounded by love and people. But internally I was hanging on by a thread. I yo-yoed between “doing it all” and burnout.

Then everything I’d built to survive stopped working as well as it used to. So I started searching… at the time I thought I was searching for my soul purpose. Now I know that I was searching for the girl I used to be before the world got to her. The one who felt limitless. The one who knew.

That’s when I found Human Design. And it didn’t give me another label, it gave me language for what my body already knew. It helped me see the difference between my essence and my conditioning. And slowly… it felt like my light came back online.

More than five years later, I’m accepting the invitation to create space for others to remember too. To return to their inner authority. To peel back the layers. To stop looking outside themselves for guidance.

The world is changing. We can all feel it. And in this next 9-year cycle, this work feels deeply needed… for the collective, for our children, but most of all, for ourselves.
